If you have purchased tickets for an event that has been cancelled you'll automatically be refunded (where Skiddle hold the ticket funds) so you don't need to do anything.
If Skiddle do not hold the funds then we will be in touch via email with further timescales regarding your refund.
We realise an event cancellation is not your fault, so we will refund you the face value of your ticket purchase. Please be aware that refund protection fees and charity donations are non-refundable.
Please be aware the booking fees are non-refundable as agreed upon purchase. We are, however, offering booking fee credit by way of return on a future purchase with Skiddle.
Skiddle is currently the only ticket agent to offer booking fees as a credit to customers due to event cancellations or postponements.
