At Skiddle, from Monday 26th April 2021 we have taken the action to block ticket downloads before events. This is to help to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets.
Should your customers get in touch with you regarding this, tell them not to worry and they will be available to download 24 hours before the event. However, If you’re listing a festival with us, this period is extended to 48hrs.
As shown below customers will be made aware of this through their order history.
